Project Narrative
This home was the third of three
designed for a Newport Beach
family of home builders.

Having two young children,
and a fondness to entertain,
the first floor centers around the private
side Courtyard, with the Great Room and Kitchen
folding open to the outdoors.

The private Master Suite opens
to the front of the house by means
of an upper floor Covered Patio.
While the two children’s Bedrooms,
each with a private Bath and Walk-In Closet,
center around an upstairs Family Room.

The three-car Garage, Guest Suite, and
Home Office round-out the home design
situated on a unique shaped lot
protected in the private community.
