Project Narrative
On a unique, L-shaped lot that faces
the street and the beach,
we were asked to provide a complete remodel
for a three-story, three-unit,
high-end apartment building.
Located on the second and third floors,
the owner’s unit
opens to several large outdoor spaces,
including a private rooftop Penthouse
and Courtyard.

The overall style is
Contemporary.
