Project Narrative
Just a few yards from the beach,
with a growing family,
the owners needed more room than their current
one-story home offered.
The new first floor provides a large Family Room,
Kitchen, and Dining Room that open to the
large side and front Courtyards.
A new Guest Suite and over-sized Garage
round out the first floor.
A large Master Suite with a front facing Deck,
two Bedrooms, Bathroom, Home Office and
Laundry Room make up the second floor.
And, a Dumb Waiter delivers food and drink
to the Roof Deck directly
from the Kitchen two floors below.
