Project Narrative
Currently a duplex,
with barely a connection
between the two floors,
we’ve been asked to provide
a full remodel creating an open,
family oriented home.
On the first floor,
a Great Room, Kitchen and Family Room
that wrap around and open to
the private Courtyard.
On the second floor,
a large Master Suite,
two Secondary Bedrooms and Bathroom,
and a Family Room with blue water views.
On top of it all, the Roof Deck.

The current thought of the project style
to be Coastal Bahamas.
