Project Narrative
On the water, overlooking the bay,
sits an existing three story,
pseudo-Spanish home with low ceilings.
First order of business, raised the ceilings!
Why at it, on the first floor,
the Kitchen and Living Areas will be remodeled,
creating a large Great Room
with full access to the bayside Covered Patio.
The second floor Family Room,
Bedrooms and Laundry Room
will be enlarged and reconfigured.
And, on the third floor,
we are providing a large resort-like
Master Suite with a private Patio
and views of Catalina Island.

The overall style of home becomes
Warm Contemporary providing
lots of glass overlooking the bay.
