Project Narrative
Sitting at the top of a bluff,
looking down upon the Pacific Ocean,
the view is spectacular.
The existing home, however, needed a bit of work.
Initially remodeled in the Eighties,
the exterior is in need of a facelift.
Besides the exterior,
on the first floor we are
adding to and remodeling the Kitchen.
On the second floor,
we are reconfiguring the Master Suite
providing much deserved light and view.

The exterior style to be
East Coast Coastal.
